- A proven track record of leading multiple delivery functions, such as programme delivery, technical deployment, delivery engineering, provisioning or service delivery.
- Strong commercial and financial leadership, including WIP management, revenue forecasting, margin delivery, cost-to-serve and commercial risk.
- Experience transforming delivery organisations while maintaining live customer and revenue commitments.
- Practical experience sponsoring automation, AI, workflow orchestration or systems integration initiatives.
- Strong governance, stakeholder management and customer-facing escalation skills, with the credibility to engage at senior level.
- A collaborative, transparent and commercially minded leadership style, with the ability to develop senior managers and build succession strength.
- European or international delivery experience, exposure to matrix structures or familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms would be beneficial.
