Who You’ll Work With

You will join one of our offices around the world to work in teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues. In this role, you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events in the region. You will manage and grow a team of Project Managers, Producers, and other professionals, while working closely with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations. The team you’ll lead consists of highly motivated, multicultural individuals with top‑tier experience.

What You’ll Do

As a General Manager, you will create and lead a team to develop, launch and manage events from A to Z. You will be responsible for the region’s P&L, team development, building local industry connections, and representing Fever across the cities you manage. Together with other departments, you will define the strategy to grow the business and scale events to other markets.

In This Role, You’ll:

  • Build and manage the UK and Ireland team (Project Managers, Producers, Location Scouters, etc.) to drive growth in the region.
  • Ensure team members achieve quality and revenue goals on a quarterly basis through regular performance audits.
  • Define the regional growth strategy, maximizing sales, customer excellence, and operational quality to meet KPIs.
  • Manage the local portfolio of experiences using data analysis, ensuring market penetration.
  • Develop and maintain high‑level relationships with senior stakeholders from entertainment and real‑estate companies.
  • Manage key local partners and expand our local network.
  • Negotiate and close business deals with partners.
  • Support the scalability of experiences in other cities (travel may be required).
  • Report performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to local team members.
  • Execute detailed analysis of business opportunities and processes.
  • Represent Fever at local events and conversations.

Qualifications

  • Project management / startup or consulting background (9+ years of experience).
  • MBA from a top‑tier school preferred.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with large‑team management experience.
  • Solution‑focused mindset with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience managing complex projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong relationship‑building skills with C‑level executives.
  • Ability to influence and persuade at all staff levels.
  • Coordinated audit of internal and external teams to guide them to success.
  • Extensive networking skills, able to secure partnerships.
  • Advanced commercial acumen, capable of negotiating high‑value deals on favourable terms.
  • Curiosity and willingness to push boundaries, with visibility at top management levels.
  • Capacity to handle large workloads and parallel work‑streams.
  • Not a position for an event production background.
