This Role Will Give You The Opportunity To:

  • Choose your path to impact: We believe people are most empowered when they have autonomy. You will have a high level of responsibility and the freedom to shape financial strategy to optimize growth investment and cost management.
  • Play a crucial role: Use data to directly influence how Wise grows sustainably, working alongside collaborative, curious people who value your insights.
  • Learn and grow: There is a lot to be done! In our expanding business, you will have regular opportunities to broaden your expertise and develop your career.
  • Be flexible in how you work: We understand everyone needs different setups to thrive, so we do our best to support flexible working arrangements, including opportunities to collaborate across multiple offices and time zones.

  • Experience implementing cost controls and monitoring ongoing spend to help an organisation operate smoothly.
  • Analytical and technical proficiency, with comfort navigating Business Intelligence (BI) tools and extracting data via SQL for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to simplify complex data, articulate a clear narrative, and align a diverse stakeholder group.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, balancing high-level strategy with a hands‑on approach to day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Resilience and professional adaptability, comfortable navigating ambiguous situations while remaining organised to meet defined timelines.

Bonus Points For:

  • Working knowledge of Anaplan, Workday, or Looker.
