Wintel Engineer
Location: Hampshire (onsite 5 days per week)

As a Wintel Engineer, you will provide technical consultancy and support to external customers and internal project teams, delivering reliable technology solutions aligned with business requirements. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions while developing a strong understanding of customer environments and business objectives.
You will build and maintain effective customer relationships, acting as a trusted technical adviser to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also keep up to date with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and market developments to ensure solutions remain effective, secure, and fit for purpose. You will contribute to the organisation's technical knowledge and solutions portfolio by sharing expertise, lessons learned, and proven methodologies from customer projects. You will help shape technical strategies and provide guidance on technology direction for both internal teams and external customers. In addition, you will support project delivery and contribute to business performance by maintaining appropriate levels of billable utilisation, helping achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets, identifying opportunities for additional business, and providing technical input into proposals and customer solutions.
