At Domino’s, your skills, judgement and commercial understanding really matter. As our Estates Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping stores stay open, trading and ready for what’s next. This is a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract, field‑based. You’ll manage a varied portfolio of sites, working across lease renewals, rent reviews, lease exits and wider estate matters. It’s a role with real pace, real ownership and plenty of variety, working closely with franchisees, landlords, external advisers and colleagues across the business. - Strong knowledge of UK commercial property practice and law.
- The confidence to manage lease renewals, rent reviews and lease exits, while handling a high volume of cases.
- A practical, commercially minded approach to negotiations with landlords.
- MRICS desirable.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing lease renewals, lease variations, rent reviews and lease exits in a timely and commercially sensible way.
- Building trusted working relationships with franchisees, landlords and external advisers so estate issues are resolved clearly and efficiently.
- Reviewing costs, notices, repairs, rents and other property matters carefully, making sure information is accurate and actions are followed through.
