This is a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract, field‑based. You’ll manage a varied portfolio of sites, working across lease renewals, rent reviews, lease exits and wider estate matters. It’s a role with real pace, real ownership and plenty of variety, working closely with franchisees, landlords, external advisers and colleagues across the business. If you enjoy balancing technical property expertise with practical problem‑solving, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Bring

  • This role will suit you if you’re confident managing a broad commercial property workload and keep moving when the detail matters.
  • You’ll be comfortable working independently, but also know how to build strong working relationships with franchisees, landlords and internal teams.
  • Bring sound judgement, resilience and a clear, professional approach, especially when conversations get tough.

You’ll Also Need

  • Solid estate management experience across commercial property portfolios.
  • Strong knowledge of UK commercial property practice and law.
  • The confidence to manage lease renewals, rent reviews and lease exits, while handling a high volume of cases.
  • A practical, commercially minded approach to negotiations with landlords.
  • MRICS desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing lease renewals, lease variations, rent reviews and lease exits in a timely and commercially sensible way.
  • Building trusted working relationships with franchisees, landlords and external advisers so estate issues are resolved clearly and efficiently.
  • Reviewing costs, notices, repairs, rents and other property matters carefully, making sure information is accurate and actions are followed through.

What You Can Expect

  • A clear induction to help you understand the portfolio, the key priorities and how we work with franchise partners across the business.
  • Ongoing support from the Director of Estates, your Estates colleagues and the wider team around you.
  • A connected team environment with regular touchpoints, where people share knowledge and help each other keep pace.
  • The chance to build experience across a large and varied portfolio, with potential for the role to grow into something longer term if business needs evolve.
  • Recognition for great work, whether that’s in the day‑to‑day or through bigger moments like our Domi Awards.
