Join us as a Senior CX Product Manager, where you will lead cross‑functional feature and technology teams to deliver seamless end‑to‑end digital customer experiences within our customer value stream. You will take ownership of your product area, setting a clear vision and defining a roadmap while prioritising outcomes and guiding agile delivery in close partnership with engineering and service design. Acting as a leader and coach, you will support and develop teams through the product lifecycle, bringing solid product management expertise and collaborating across the organisation to share best practice and drive continuous improvement. You will have real influence and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on CX (customer experience).
To be successful as a Senior CX Product Manager, you should have:
- Extensive experience in product management.
- Proven leadership capability, with experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
- Ability to own and optimise end‑to‑end commercial performance, with a solid understanding of value drivers and financial models.
- Deep understanding of end‑to‑end customer journeys, service patterns, and UX principles, with a focus on customer‑centred outcomes.
- Insight‑driven, able to identify opportunities for optimisation and make balanced decisions that align customer value with commercial performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Design, Engineering, and other teams.
This role will be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Purpose of the role: To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services; and where applicable, ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, develop the product strategy, drive change through Barclays execution teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers, colleagues and the organisation.
