Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who will be working with a secure government client to help them develop user focused roadmaps for critical products. The client has specifically asked for someone to challenge their thinking and shake things up. The products are complex and of national importance. You will have full autonomy to work as you see fit, and will be supported by experienced agile multi-disciplinary teams to work with users to co-design, prioritise and bring your ideas to life.

What will you achieve at our client?
As a product manager at our client, you'll:
Lead one or more multidisciplinary Agile teams to identify problems, co-design and deliver solutions that find the balance between users needs, organisation goals and sustainability.
solutions.deliver results at all stages in the product lifecycle, including Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live
Form an effective partnership with client product owners and stakeholders
Lead on negotiation about the most value outcomes we can deliver
Improve the product management capability at our client by mentoring and coaching others
