Skills and Competencies
Significant experience leading business process transformation, operational excellence, consulting, or business change initiatives within complex organisations, enabling delivery of sustainable operational improvements
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, and continuous improvement frameworks, required to identify inefficiencies and optimise business performance
Ability to analyse operational data, business metrics, and process performance indicators to identify trends, determine root causes, and drive evidence-based decision making
Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment and drive change across senior business, technology, risk, and control functions
Experience leading multiple concurrent programmes or projects, managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, required to translate complex business challenges into clear recommendations for executive stakeholders
