We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director - Full Stack Developer to join our Loans enablement Platform engineering team.
This role is located in London or Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead architecture design and review across multiple pods, ensuring best practices and high‑quality solutions.
Mentor junior developers on software design, clean code, use of AI coding assistants, programming practices, and career development.
Develop rapid, working prototype code to serve as a reference for engineering teams.
Directly participate in building, testing, and deploying engineering solutions.
