The Role
Cyber Delivery Assurance AnalystYou’ll be part of BA Digital, supporting the Cyber Delivery Assurance function to embed security by design across product delivery. This area plays a vital role in ensuring cyber security policies and standards are consistently applied across all releases and ongoing maintenance, helping to protect the airline and its customers.
What You’ll Do
- Collate and analyse data to support cyber delivery assurance assessments
- Assess whether product delivery and ongoing assurance activities meet BA’s risk appetite
- Analyse evidence and responses to determine whether cyber security requirements have been met
- Identify areas of risk or improvement across product delivery
- Create dashboards and reporting to support decision making, communication and prioritisation
- Work closely with stakeholders, including third‑party suppliers and delivery partners
- Assist product teams by interpreting and embedding cyber security policies, standards and guidelines
- Advise stakeholders on cyber risk management and reduction
- Support cyber awareness programmes and promote a security‑by‑design culture

- Exposure to cyber security frameworks or standards such as ISO27001, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR or NIS
- Understanding of agile ways of working is desirable
- Some cyber security experience in areas such as cloud, network, application, infrastructure, security by design or security architecture
- Experience working in regulated environments is beneficial
