We are appointing a CTO (AI Business Solutions) to lead the technology and AI direction of the practice. This is a senior technology leadership role within AI Business Solutions. You will own and evolve the technical strategy across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft AI, ensuring our solutions are secure, scalable and commercially differentiated. You will act as a senior technology voice with customers, Microsoft and partners, translating Microsoft's AI roadmap into repeatable, outcome-led offerings that drive growth. Operating at practice and portfolio level, you will work with senior architects and technical leaders to maintain strong engineering discipline, while focusing your own time on strategic direction, executive engagement and Microsoft ecosystem leadership. As a member of the practice leadership team, you will shape the technology dimension of our growth strategy, ensuring capability investment, technical differentiation and AI-first design materially increase win rates, market credibility and scalable margin.

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned.
