Responsibilities
- Assess credit risk in lending activities and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand risk implications and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Operate within risk and control frameworks, supporting change and transformation initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Personal attributes essential to performing the role including capabilities, knowledge, and experience.
- Experience in Run the Bank roles in financial institutions, consulting or technology companies, or Programme management roles in other industries.
- Technical experience with high proficiency in UNIX, SQL, ITIL.
- Experience with ITIL concepts and best practices. Experience of using configuration management tools and reporting. (preferred Service Management Tool β Service First / SNOW).
- Experience in batch monitoring tools (preferably Autosys).
Other valued skills may include:
- Windows experience.
- Unix, database technologies primarily in Investment Banking domain with exposure to risk business area.
- Knowledge of Investment Bank and IB risk functional knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication suitable for a diverse audience, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users/customers.
