Behind that is our Propositions team, shaping the ideas and decisions that drive real commercial impact across the business. The Proposition Development Manager sits right at the centre of that. It is a highly cross‑functional role, combining insight, commercial thinking and stakeholder collaboration to shape and deliver meaningful change. Working across Commercial, Tech and Product, Digital, Supply Chain and Finance, the role plays a key part in defining priorities and turning ideas into action. Whether improving existing services or launching something new, the focus is on delivering better outcomes for both customers and the business. It is a varied and fast‑moving role, with a strong focus on change. Priorities will evolve over time, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace, influencing direction and adapting to what is right for the business and the market.


What You’ll Do



  • Take ownership of understanding proposition performance, using customer, commercial and operational data to identify opportunities to improve and evolve.

  • Work closely with a wide range of teams across the business, aligning priorities and supporting the delivery of change at pace.

  • Translate complex questions into clear, structured thinking, building business cases and recommendations to support decision making.

  • Join the dots across teams, managing dependencies and helping to resolve challenges to keep delivery moving.

  • Support the development of new propositions and the evolution of existing services, balancing customer needs with commercial performance.

  • Contribute to conversations around performance and profitability, helping shape decisions that impact the wider business.

  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes and ways of working, bringing fresh thinking and new ideas.


Who You Are



  • A confident communicator, comfortable engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.

  • Experience working in a commercial, strategy or proposition focused role.

  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data to generate insight.

  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders, bringing cross‑functional teams together to deliver outcomes.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.

  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A collaborative and proactive approach to problem solving.
