The role will be assisting the UK property pricing team to deliver on our contractual obligations of our construction schedule, while maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer support. The team is in London. The team has broad ranging roles encompassing research, analysis, trend reporting on construction related costs as well as carrying out closed claim reviews, live claim audits, estimate exercises on behalf of insurers as well as providing insight and recommendations to the team manager. The role will also have day to day involvement in the delivery of our data analytics, trend reporting, construction consultation, custom pricelist building, general office duties and sales and service support.

Reports To
Manager, Xactware Pricing Data Services
Develop and maintain excellent bonding and rapport with all customers and prospects. Good working relationships with key construction industry representatives. Develop and maintain the trust and respect of The Company as someone who can be relied upon to deliver when necessary.

Qualifications
Must Have:
- Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in the UK construction or insurance field
- Experience as a buyer, surveyor, construction manager, engineer or adjuster in the UK market
- An ability to pay extreme attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, in verbal and writing.
- Knowledge of construction practices and installation techniques.
- Experience in working with software estimating applications and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to establish and measure personal and team goals
- Ability to analyse data at a statistical level
- Positive attitude
- Desire to learn new skills
Should Preferably Have
- Degree level qualification in Construction Management or other related field
- Data analysis background
- Insurance adjusting / surveying experience
- Experience in working with software estimating.

- Experience in working with software estimation applications and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Thorough understanding of UK construction practices and installation techniques for both residential and commercial structures.
