Your insights will empower the business to make data-driven decisions to manage key risks and seize opportunities, ultimately driving better care and cost efficiency. You’ll encompass Claims Cost Management across the business, supporting Care Co-ordination claims data, and analysing claims to support our ambitious Care and Claims Transformation Programme. Key Responsibilities

  • Help develop tools and reports to manage and reduce claims costs and spot new opportunities across the business.
  • Support the creation of claims insights and models to identify trends, risks, market spending, and differences in treatment, to guide strategic decisions.
  • Provide analysis to care co-ordination teams, highlighting areas of underperformance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Track the progress of initiatives in the Care and Claims Transformation Programme, flagging risks and recommending actions to achieve goals.
  • Assist in designing and implementing new products, processes, and services, ensuring claims costs are controlled and health data is accurate.
  • Offer expertise on claims for strategic projects, including forecasts and analysis of what drives claims spending.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations by analysing data to identify issues affecting customer outcomes and managing programme risks.
  • Build strong relationships with teams in Pricing, Actuarial, Finance, and Data, ensuring clear communication and effective claims oversight.

You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
