Here at CoreTech we continue to grow, and growth like ours creates opportunity. We're looking for an experienced Senior Finance Administrator to take real ownership within our Operations team not just to keep the finance function running, but to help shape what it becomes as we scale.
This role comes with its own unique rhythm, as youll become aware of: so, one day youll be busy prepping for month end, the next youll be regularly paying our suppliers and then another youll be preparing reports for our Executive team.
The role is varied with all aspects of finance involved, but there is one common theme a need for someone who takes pride in keeping things accurate, organised and compliant, with the ambition to take on more as the opportunity grows.
Who are you: Someone with commercial experience in finance and accounting, with proven ability to manage end-to-end bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll reconciliation, budgeting, and reporting accurately and efficiently.
Youve studied a full or part accounting qualification such as AAT, CIMA, ACCA or have equivalent experience.
You have meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy, with advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero or similar), including the ability to post journals and maintain accurate ledgers.
You have a solid understanding of UK tax and compliance obligations, including VAT, Corporation Tax, QIPs, and statutory annual reporting.
Someone able to communicate in a clear and concise manner with the ability to translate financial data into plain-English.
A proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset, able to work autonomously, prioritise competing deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and commercial information.
Someone eligible for UK Security Clearance up to SC level.
