The Role: The Business Analyst is a newly created role in our growing consulting business and will play a key role in shaping and delivering secure digital products and services within classified government environments. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with customer, delivery and technical stakeholders to translate mission needs into clear, actionable outcomes. You'll be central to driving requirements discovery, aligning delivery across Agile teams and ensuring that products are designed and delivered with both user needs and operational context in mind.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident engaging directly with customers, guiding delivery teams and continuously improving ways of working. You'll take ownership of activities such as stakeholder engagement, backlog management, process analysis and defining user needs and acceptance criteria.
