Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Communications Manager to lead how we communicate with and engage our partner audience.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- You’ll define and deliver the channel communications strategy, ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent and aligned to business priorities and sales objectives.
- You’ll plan and execute campaigns across key channels, using marketing automation to deliver personalised, segmented communications that resonate with different partner audiences.
- You’ll build and optimise campaigns in HubSpot, managing workflows, lead scoring, segmentation and data to drive engagement and conversion across the partner lifecycle.
- You’ll take ownership of audience data and segmentation, ensuring strong data health, accurate targeting and effective list management.
- You’ll work closely with Product Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and positioning, ensuring it lands with the right audiences and supports commercial goals.
- You’ll create high-quality content, from partner newsletters to campaign communications, and lead the communications strategy for key events, driving engagement pre and post event.
- You’ll continuously track performance, using data and insights to optimise campaigns and improve results over time.
What you’ll need
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in marketing, campaigns or marketing communications.
- Experience working in channel marketing and/or within telecommunications or technology is highly desirable.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot).
