Why join our Shared Applications & Services group?
- Work on systems that really matter — SAS runs the business‑critical platforms and data flows that keep Redgate operating day to day.
- Tackle complex, rewarding challenges — you’ll bring clarity and coherence to a genuinely interconnected technical and business landscape.
- Influence through trust, not bureaucracy — shaping direction collaboratively rather than enforcing rules.
About The Role
You will act as the architectural point of accountability across Redgate’s business‑critical internal systems, bringing coherence to a complex estate of SaaS platforms, services, data, and integrations. You will shape and communicate the architectural vision and roadmap for Shared Applications & Services (SAS), balancing long‑term structure with short‑term delivery and operational stability. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, making pragmatic trade‑offs across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You will design and guide cross‑system solutions, influencing through experience, sound judgement, negotiation, and facilitation rather than direct authority. You will define how architecture is practiced in SAS, including standards, decision‑making approaches, and the coherent introduction of AI into internal operations.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have significant experience designing and evolving architectures across multiple enterprise SaaS platforms in a business systems or internal applications context.
- You have a deep understanding of how enterprise SaaS platforms work and integrate, with strong working knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, Zuora, or comparable systems.
- You have experience designing integration patterns between SaaS applications (APIs, middleware, ETL/ELT, event-driven) and a solid understanding of data modelling and information flows.
- You can communicate architectural concepts with equal clarity to business stakeholders, senior leadership, and technical teams.
What We Offer
- Salary range: £85k - £100k
