Job Profile Description

What You’ll Do

As the Brand Lead within the Brand and CX team, you will lead the strategy, planning and execution of a number of key activities designed to maximise the impact of the brand for Kainos customers and partners across the Workday product ecosystem. This role reports to the VP, Brand and CX.

  • The outcomes of this role will be a set of customer-ready and sales-ready assets, primarily featuring the website evolution but also including a standardised set of templates for key documents/decks including sales presentations, battlecards, 1-2 page summaries, competitor templates and FAQ guides.
  • This role is pivotal as we have an ongoing need to develop our website and our design/template/brand approach so that both are consistent and sales, customers and partners see a strong level of commonality as they review all the BoM materials from Kainos.
  • You will work closely with Sales, GTM Activation roles, Product & Product Marketing and the Content team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a framework to ensure that the Workday Products sections of Kainos.com are discoverable, clear and have a realistic refresh/sunset policy.
  • Review the LLM discoverability of the website and propose how it can be adapted and updated for better outcomes.
  • Benchmark our presence versus key competitors and share recommendations on what we should do to address any gaps for us.
  • Develop a 3-6-12-36 month map of website evolution to communicate to senior leadership how to evolve and fix.
  • Engage 3rd party agencies to quote for updates and constantly scan for industry best practices to challenge agencies on evolution to avoid simple incremental updates.
  • Build a view of all current asset types in use across the business, segmenting into customer-facing, partner facing and selected internal documents.
  • For each type, update and/or create to create reference materials for each one and accelerate usage by migrating current assets to the new versions.
  • Align with Marketing Ops and central marketing to utilise templates in our core M365 libraries to ensure net new materials follow these guidelines.
  • Review core use cases and slide types across Workday Product.
  • Review 3rd party template catalogues.
  • Assemble examples by theme (e.g. customer journeys, agenda, org charts, workflows….) where we have examples to leverage and edit down to make generic and re-usable.
  • Cover both slides and documents (.docx->pdf).
  • Review current product branding & assess options to review/refresh.
  • Align with Product Innovation team on their roadmap and devise new logos/branding for next product introductions.
  • Design, build and support brand building and asset development for internal and external events.
  • Work cross-functionally with GTM Activation, Product Marketing, Events, Partners, Campaign Operations, Content and Sales teams to align branding updates across our marketing and sales activities.
  • Leverage and recommend AI tools to drive impact in core areas of branding and design.

Minimum (essential) Requirements

  • Significant relevant experience in brand/content development, digital marketing, or GTM content activation within a B2B technology, SaaS, or consulting environment.
  • Strong experience in brand development and strategy, including web evolution in a B2B, SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in how to update web for AEO/GEO/LLM integration to maintain/grow traffic and to achieve discoverability.
  • Demonstrated branding and design expertise, including working to an established brand profile and guidance.
  • Strong storytelling and narrative build skills with the ability to adapt messaging across channels, job levels, verticals and geographic markets.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, product marketing, events, and campaign teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and build strong working relationships across teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Desirable

  • Experience within the Workday ecosystem or enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Skilled and knowledgeable in how brand can support integrated GTM campaigns, strategic events, webinars, or product launches.
  • AI expertise in developing content, including LLM tools and agentic platforms.
  • Experience working alongside content, campaign, and creative teams to develop content strategies and identify best practices for 1st/3rd party content development.
