Job Responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of customers and the market through user research and discovery.
- Collaborates with the Product Manager to engage stakeholders and cross‑functional partners to manage dependencies, boost timelines, execute key delivery tasks and identify ways to improve efficiencies.
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that add value for customers.
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work‑to‑time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
- Writes the product requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
- Supports end‑to‑end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management (including testing), product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision‑making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to enhance efficiency and coordination.
Required Qualifications, Skills, And Capabilities
- Experience or equivalent expertise in product management and delivery, or a relevant domain including discovery, requirements definition, with operational and change readiness exposure.
- Experience in product deployment processes and release management in an agile environment with working knowledge of JIRA/JIRA Align and Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Developing data literacy with the ability to interpret dashboards, define measurable outcomes, and track product KPIs across the lifecycle.
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools to draft or refine requirements, summarize research, propose test scenarios, and validate outputs in line with firm policies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging senior executives.
