You will help define and deliver a series of diverse key projects with the team, working with Version 1's clients in the Public Sector. Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end project involvement from leading workshops through to design and delivery phases.
- Performing root cause analysis of problems and working closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
- Producing detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents.
- Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with the clients.
- Supporting UAT during all phases of testing to ensure that the solutions are ready for release.
Qualifications:
- Business Analysis experience within a Consultancy, Services Provider or Public Sector Organisation.
- Proven track record in producing high-quality Business Requirements Documents and Business Processes Mapping.
- Agile Delivery experience and working within an Agile delivery team.
- Digital or Application Modernisation Project experience.
- Experience in reviewing Functional Specification Documents produced by peers (Peer Review) to ensure alignment with Business Requirements Specification documents.
