Were looking for an Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Edinburgh, supporting a secure and important client environment.
This is a hands-on role where youll be part of the team helping users with their day-to-day IT needs, troubleshooting technical issues and making sure technology continues to work smoothly across the site. What youll be doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing hands-on technical support to users on-site, helping to resolve hardware, software and general IT issues.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate teams where needed.
Supporting the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
Assisting with infrastructure and technology projects, including deployments, upgrades and other site-based activities.
Monitoring systems and responding to incidents to help keep services running effectively.
