The Opportunity
OneAdvanced is the UK’s largest privately owned software business, delivering mission‑critical SaaS solutions across multiple vertical markets. The Group generates £260m ARR, 90%+ recurring revenue and 40%+ EBITDA margins, and is supported by Vista Equity Partners and BC Partners. This high‑impact executive role has significant exposure to the Board, investors and Executive Committee, and is designed as a pathway toward future CFO responsibility within a PE‑backed software business.
The Role
- Partner closely with the CFO, CEO, Board and Executive Committee.
- Architect and lead the Group’s operating performance framework.
- Elevate Finance Business Partnering into a world‑class strategic capability.
- Improve forecasting credibility, planning accuracy and operational accountability.
- Drive economically rigorous decision‐making across the organisation.

Candidate Profile
- Senior commercial finance leadership experience within a scaled SaaS or technology environment (£150m+ revenue).
- Experience operating in private‑equity‑backed businesses, ideally through significant scale or exit events.
- Track record of influencing Product, Commercial and operational leadership teams.
- Experience supporting pricing strategy, investment cases, transformation or M&A activity.
- Strong exposure to Board and investor environments.
- Experience building and leading high‑performing finance organisations.
