Join the OneAdvanced Product Marketing team as a Product Marketing Manager and play a key role in shaping and delivering the product marketing strategy for our IQ Health workflows, which support Primary Care, NHS Trusts, Urgent Care and Private healthcare. In this role you will create long‑term plans that support Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams, lead go‑to‑market (GTM) activities and develop sales enablement tools. By crafting clear messaging, value propositions and customer‑facing materials you will help drive the innovation and growth of IQ Health. This position offers an opportunity to make a real impact by refining strategies and understanding market demands in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product marketing plans that align with IQ Health strategy, roadmap planning and development, commercial unit business goals, sales targets and marketing campaign plans.
  • Define messaging and positioning for our workflows, focusing on target health sub‑sectors and personas.
  • Create high‑impact marketing assets that clearly communicate value to prospects and customers.
  • Build and roll out effective sales tools to support the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing and Sales teams to identify customer success stories and convert them into compelling content.
  • Develop thought leadership content to support GTM initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate the execution of launches and releases.
  • Act as a health expert, representing the business in sales meetings and events.
  • Provide valuable customer feedback to shape product management decisions and influence the product roadmap.

Cross‑Team Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Marketing colleagues, Product Management, Sales and Marketing teams to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, briefs and reports that clearly communicate key findings and proposals.

Competitor Intelligence

  • Monitor and analyze competitors within the market.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of competitor activity, identifying trends, positioning and gaps for our products.
  • Provide insights to guide marketing strategies, sales enablement tools and product development.

Win‑Loss Analysis

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to analyze win/loss data.
  • Identify decision‑making drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Create actionable recommendations based on findings.

Market Sector Analysis

  • Use emerging trends, customer needs and growth opportunities to align go‑to‑market strategies effectively.

Product Alignment
