Joining a busy and high performing Credit Control team, you’ll take ownership of your own customer portfolio, managing collections end-to-end while building strong relationships and developing key commercial skills. Responsibilities
- Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts, driving cash collection targets
- Proactively contacting customers (mainly via phone) to resolve overdue invoices
- Handling queries and disputes end-to-end, working towards resolution
- Building strong customer relationships to improve payment performance
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking activity across your ledger
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Contributing to debt reduction and overall team targets
- Getting involved in process improvements as you grow in the role
