We're seeking an experienced and high-performing Account Manager to join our growing Legal team.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded, proactive individual who thrives on building trusted relationships, creating long-term customer value, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
You'll take ownership of a defined portfolio of strategic legal sector customers, helping them maximise the value of their investment in One Advanced while supporting their transition from legacy technologies to our next-generation IQ Legal platform.
Success in this role is built on understanding each customer's long-term objectives, identifying opportunities to modernise their technology estate, and working collaboratively across the business to deliver solutions that drive adoption, strengthen partnerships and unlock future growth.
- Manage and develop long-term relationships across a portfolio of strategic legal sector customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers define and execute their technology modernisation journey towards IQ Legal.
- Own the full commercial sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and close, with a focus on strategic account growth.
- Lead regular account reviews, health checks and business planning sessions to understand customer priorities, uncover opportunities and demonstrate ongoing value.
- Drive software adoption by helping customers realise the full value of their One Advanced investment and introducing new capabilities that support their evolving business needs.
- Work alongside our Solutions Consultants to deliver discovery workshops and solution demonstrations aligned to customer objectives.
- Build and maintain detailed account plans that identify growth opportunities, technology roadmaps, key stakeholders and commercial milestones.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Support, Solutions, Finance Operations, Marketing, Commercial and Legal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts while maintaining a healthy pipeline across your portfolio.
