As a Software Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of software support services , as well as engaging in relevant client-relationships , across a variety of projects.
This will include managing people , resources, finances, and reporting while ensuring adherence to robust quality standards including but not limited to ISO20000.
You will also assist the senior management team with business growth within existing accounts as well as supporting business development activity for potential new clients.
Minimum requirements: Experience working in a commercial IT (software) environment , with a thorough understanding of service management.
