About the Role
Edenred Payment Solutions (EPS) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will support cardholders and clients by providing clear, accurate and friendly assistance across phone and email. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with processes and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Support cardholders with account access, transactions and product information
- Investigate and resolve issues following internal processes and regulatory guidelines
