Gatwick Ground Services is seeking a Safety, Security and Training Manager to oversee the overall safety, security and training of GGS. You will ensure regulatory compliance, robust assurance, and a strong safety culture while enabling operations through clear standards and risk management.
You will lead the development of the SMS, maintain IMS governance, ensure training compliance, and drive continuous improvement through engagement with BA, regulators and internal stakeholders.
