As an Automation Analyst, you will play an important role in reviewing medical evidence for automated personal injury claims, ensuring that data is accurate, documentation is complete, and claims are progressed in line with agreed protocols, service level agreements, industry standards, and legal guidelines. In this role, you will review medical reports and supporting evidence, update medical data into COA where required, and use your judgement to prioritise work and make evidence-based decisions. You will also help identify trends, discrepancies, system issues, and anomalies, escalating these quickly so that the wider team can continue to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and customers.
