Description In This Role, Your
Responsibilities
Will
Be: Assemble components and products in accordance with established work instructions and quality standards.
Configure and build customer-specific gas analyzers and associated systems.
Install sub-assemblies, electrical components, tubing, and piping within analyzer systems.
Follow ESD and health and safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
Perform functional, performance, environmental, and long-term testing activities.
Verify analyzer performance and document test results accurately and consistently.
Identify and communicate observations, issues, and improvement opportunities to the production team.
Create and maintain manufacturing and testing documentation.
Prepare finished equipment for shipment to customers.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to Emerson's trade compliance procedures and escalate any concerns when appropriate.
Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment and support business priorities as needed.
