To be successful as a Product Engineer - M365, you must have the following essential skills: Copilot, AI Agents & Power Platform Engineering Architecture and leading a team to design and deliver M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and enterprise automation solutions. M365 Platform Expertise - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, M365 Groups, and Entra ID, including integration and authentication. Security, Identity & Enterprise Controls - Experience implementing RBAC, DLP, environment management, governance controls, and secure operating models aligned with enterprise security and compliance requirements. Some other highly valued skills may include: Microsoft Graph, PowerShell & Automation Experience in architecture and developing automation, integrations, and operational tooling using Microsoft Graph APIs, PowerShell, REST APIs, and scripting languages.
