We're hiring | Salesforce Developer - Product Engineering Team (ISV) in Winnersh (Reading area), UK | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

As an ISV, we build and evolve one single product, with a strong focus on code quality, scalability and long term architecture.
Salesforce is the #1 global CRM platform and a mature, enterprise-grade application ecosystem.
It combines a strongly typed, object-oriented server-side language (Apex) with standards-based frontend development using Lightning Web Components.
Much of our work involves custom Apex and LWC development, applying core software engineering principles such as OO design, automated testing, performance tuning, and CI/CD.

What you'll be doing
As a Salesforce Developer, you will
- Work with The Force. com platform, delivering customer and people management functionality
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions
- Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions and system thinking
Collaborate closely with
- Salesforce Developers team
- Angular frontend engineers
- Testers, Product Managers and Architects
- Work in a modern environment using Git, Jira, Intelli J, CI/CD pipelines
- Take part in Scrum / SAFe ceremonies, quarterly planning and product releases
- Contribute to a product roadmap that increasingly includes AI-driven capabilities
Work hands-on with: Apex, SOQL, Java Script, Salesforce Lightning / Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Visual Force / APIs
Important: this role requires real, hands-on development on Salesforce - it is not a configuration or admin position.
What we're looking for
- Core skills
- Proven experience with object-oriented programming, e. g. Java or C#
- Experience developing with Salesforce Lightning
- Hands-on delivery of solutions on the Force. com platform
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL and Java Script
- Ability to manage and deliver complex business and technical requirements
- Nice to have
- Experience with Git, Jira and Intelli J, and CI/CD practices
- Exposure to Salesforce REST APIs
- Salesforce Developer Certification
