As a Consulting Industry Partner (CIP), you will be responsible for driving business development, sales and technology solutions for our clients. As such you are our growth engine for securing and expanding our customer and industry influence. Atos Amplify requires senior consulting professionals to anchor and grow its consulting capability across our chosen sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development and sales of AI driven solutions for your industry.
- Be the trusted advisor to the client community on Amplify offerings and solutions.
- Own commercial proposition and drive growth of the industry and Amplify.
- Lead proposal development end to end including solution shaping, narrative writing, win theme development, and submission management.
- Coach and support deployed consultants throughout delivery to maintain quality and client confidence.
- Act as a delivery assurance resource where required, including intervention on at-risk engagements.
Candidate profile:
- Must have strong management consulting background.
- Growth mindset and strong client relationships.
- Self-starter who can hit the ground running.
- Comfortable across strategy and delivery of all aspects of technology consulting and delivery.
- A customer-first mindset, with a proactive approach to engaging with the customer and wider industry landscape.
- Proven big deals experience: the pipeline required to meet targets demands.
- Someone who can shape and own large, consulting-led programmes in addition to smaller engagements.
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal.
- A genuinely collaborative individual.
- Willingness to roll their sleeves up and directly contribute to all aspects of work required to secure and deliver business within the account.
