MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE we are all about making a positive, measurable impact on millions of people through quality products and services.

MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS - Able to define design strategy and communicate benefits to senior stakeholders - Can identify and design methods of ideation appropriate to the business context and project requirements - Uses journey maps to inform business and customer recommendations. - Co-ordinates the production of prototypes to meet the needs of user testing and development - Able to conduct usability testing; can incorporate research into design strategy - Collaborates to create new IA based on analysis and research - Advocates and promotes accessibility and AD standards across projects - Guides other teams and stakeholders in best practice for UCD across a project lifecycle - Mentors junior team members and represents UX design across Kainos - We are passionate about developing people - a demonstrated ability in managing, coaching and developing members of your team and wider community DESIRABLE - Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies - Experience in assisting with or conducting research and analysing findings to identify content needs - Experience working in a full-service digital agency environment - Active member of relevant communities, e. g. online groups, speaking at conferences Embracing our differences At Kainos, we believe in the power of diversity, equity and inclusion.
