Key Actions Underwrite complex High Net Worth (HNW) cases to the highest financial and medical standards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and excellent client outcomes. Work with sales teams to develop tailored financial underwriting solutions for key clients and unique case requirements. Educate and upskill internal sales teams on the HNW underwriting process to ensure consistency, understanding, and strong case management. Identify opportunities to enhance and evolve the HNW underwriting proposition, helping shape a market leading offering.
Extensive experience underwriting large or complex HNW cases, with strong financial and medical underwriting knowledge. A solutions focused mindset with the ability to tackle complex problems and think creatively about risk. Proven ability to mentor others and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the organisational skills required to manage high value cases with precision.
