The Opportunity: We are looking for an Infrastructure / Security Tech Lead to take the technical helm of a high-profile platform infrastructure and security initiative. You will not just be overseeing delivery; you'll be the technical heartbeat of a mission-critical, end-to-end digital system that supports a wide array of eCommerce platforms (including Commerce Tools, Bloomreach, and Amplience) and Salesforce integrations. This role is perfect for a hands-on technical expert who enjoys the challenge of scaling complex cloud-native architectures in Azure, driving rigorous security protocols, and taking accountability for managing a team of DevOps/SRE engineers to deliver these outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Excellence & Execution: Cloud & Security Mastery: Lead by example as an expert in Cloud architecture, specifically Azure, and champion the security of digital systems end-to-end. Establish and maintain strong security postures using high-level Azure native security frameworks, threat protection protocols, and compliance best practices.
  • Architectural Stewardship: Ensure the long-term health, security, and scalability of our infrastructure ecosystem, supporting tooling, logs, service resolution and infrastructure environments. Make pragmatic decisions balancing speed-to-market with security and technical excellence.
