Role Description
- Focus on integration, functional and verification testing: Support in the integration and functional test phases within spacecraft production, working with software tools and hardware.
- Test Procedures: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop comprehensive test procedures for various spacecraft systems.
- Results Analysis: Analyze test results to identify issues, trends, and improvements, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability of spacecraft and sub-systems.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all software tools and test procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers, hardware engineers, and other software developers, to ensure cohesive integration and testing processes.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during the assembly, integration, and testing phases.
- Innovation: Continuously seek and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AIT processes.
Essential Requirements
This is a junior position so we will consider people with an interest and relevant degree in electronics assembly, testing and integration. Real world experience would be a bonus.
