You will be joining our Brand Marketing team, which brings together Brand, Social, PR and Content to build awareness, strengthen trust and make loveholidays the easiest and most valuable way for customers to book their next holiday across our markets. We put customers at the heart of everything we do, using insight, creativity and culture to create relevant work throughout the journey.
The impact you'll have: Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to provide hands-on tactical and strategic support to build the loveholidays brand across social media channels. As Senior Social Media Executive, you will be instrumental in driving loveholidays brand engagement and visibility across various social media platforms.
Your day-to-day:
- Execute loveholidays social media strategy across all live platforms, bringing the brand to life through engaging, on-brand content that inspires travel and drives long-term community growth.
- Own and maintain the social media and marketing calendars, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content aligned with company news, campaigns, product updates, seasonal moments and key marketing messages.
- Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, emerging channels and audience behaviours, identifying opportunities to keep loveholidays content relevant, timely and culturally connected.
- Create high-quality, multi-format social content across video, photography, graphics, animation, written posts and interactive formats.
- Develop, test and scale repeatable content formats; manage user-generated content and influencer activity; monitor and engage with the community daily; and analyse performance data to refine strategy and report results to stakeholders.
Your skillset:
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, platform behaviours and emerging trends.
- Excellent visual judgement, with the ability to create thumb-stopping static and video content.
- Proven experience creating highly engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant social channels.
- Experience using social media management, reporting and listening tools, including Sprout Social, Canva, CapCut.
