Product Designer Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + Bonus Swindon/London Hybrid As a Product Designer, you will craft innovative, market driven product designs for a specific vertical that promotes standardisation, maximises value and unified strategies across multiple roadmaps. You will play a key role in shaping seamless user experiences that align with business goals and drive product consistency and impact. Design and deliver innovative product solutions aligned to business and market needs. Maintain design standards, style guides, and component libraries. Prioritise design activities based on impact, feasibility, and strategy. Refine designs using stakeholder feedback and data insights. Promote design best practices and ensure consistency across products. Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and stakeholder reviews. Manage shared design assets to support efficient delivery. Track and analyse design metrics to measure user and business impact. Experienced Product Designer or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering technical solutions to market. Able to analyse operational data to gain insights to evidence the approach.
