We are now hiring for an IdAM Analyst to join our newly formed team within Edenred PayTech, driving the maturation of the Joiners-Leavers-Movers (JML) process. This is a brilliant time to be joining us, as we transform and evolve as a business across both our internal operations in tech and our products and solutions. Reporting to our Internal Support Manager, you will be responsible for the administering functions of Identity and Access Management through ticket resolution throughout production, non-production, on-prem, and Cloud platforms, as well as customer access to said platforms. You will assist in the evolution of access and rights processes to the relevant areas of the business, whilst maintaining full compliance adherence, meeting SLAs, and minimal risk to the business.
What you will be doing:
- Administer the creation, change, disablement, and removal, of all staff and customer access to any and all systems within PPS, whether sensitive or non-sensitive.
- Maintain a full audit trail of what actions are performed, by whom, and when to enable accountability through an audit.
- Assist the business in the administration of the RBAC matrix, by adjusting existing processes to accommodate new job roles, changes to existing job roles, or the removal of job roles to ensure that no drift takes place.
- Maintain a suite of standards via documentation, with regular review and approvals to ensure governance and therefore working practices are kept up to date.
- Proactively communicate issues and problems to ensure no bottlenecks, technical debt, or risks are introduced into the IdAM function.

- Knowledge and exposure to Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence).
- Familiarity with common authentication stacks and their management (Active Directory, IPA, Relation Databases, AWS IAM).
- Experience of working in a financial institution.
