JOB DESCRIPTION Summary Are you energized by the challenge of delivering F2B change in a fast moving front office environment?

We're looking for a Product Owner who can act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams- someone who can turn complex workflows into sleek, high-impact solutions.

You'll work side-by-side with traders, quants, and engineers to bring innovation to life and power smarter, faster decisions across commodities markets.

Job Responsibilities Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.

Ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value and regulatory compliance.

Own and manage the product backlog with clear list of initiatives, deliverables, epics and stories Collaborate with Engineering Leads and Development Teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Maintain a detailed execution plan for all deliverables with lowest level of granularity tracking originally committed date, current target date, RAG status and status commentary Understand system architecture, data flows, and integration points across front-to-back systems.

Participate in testing, validation, and release sign-off to ensure business requirements are met.

Gather user feedback to identify and prioritize enhancements thus encouraging a continuous improvement culture within the product and delivery teams.

Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, review, and retrospective participation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent as Product Owner, Product Manager or BAPM in Sell Side or Buy Side firms in Global Markets Business Experience in Trade Capture, Lifecycle and Risk in one or more asset classes Demonstrable experience in running complex F2B projects with stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office Strong Communicator with good attention to detail Ability to context switch between multiple initiatives Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in Commodities Technical expertise in Python ABOUT US J.
