Responsibilities
- We own and evolve the arcade roadmap, balancing immediate releases with long-term plans for new arcade mechanics and instant-win genres.
- We partner with Design and Engine teams to define the right volatility, RTP levels, and player feel for our games.
- We act as the primary bridge between the Game Studio and business stakeholders such as Marketing, Compliance, and CRM.
- We identify market risks and opportunities and keep our production schedule agile in response to player trends and regulatory shifts.
- We manage localisation and product-market fit for our games across the UK, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Denmark.
