As a Sana Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering AI-enabled learning and knowledge solutions that help organisations unlock the full potential of their people. Working closely with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams, you will design and implement solutions that enhance how organisations access knowledge, automate processes, and continuously learn. This is a highly collaborative and impactful role where you will directly influence how organisations adopt AI-powered ways of working and drive measurable outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and design AI-driven learning solutions that meet their needs.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of Sana engagements, from initial discovery through to implementation and adoption.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, deploy and optimise solutions that deliver tangible value.
- Support clients in driving adoption and change, ensuring long-term success and impact.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery approaches, helping shape how Kainos scales AI-enabled learning solutions.
- Identify opportunities to extend client value and support the growth of long-term customer relationships.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience working with Sana (essential), including implementation, configuration or customer delivery.
- Experience working with Workday (desirable), ideally within a consulting, delivery or customer-facing role.
- A naturally curious mindset, with a passion for learning and emerging technologies, particularly AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
