As a Sales Development Representative, you will build early-stage pipeline through effective selling strategies using a creative approach, a "can-do" attitude, resilience, ability to nurture relationships, having a curious nature and the ability to organise and structure each day to deliver results. Kainos delivers best-in-class products - Kainos Smart Test, Kainos Smart Audit, and Kainos Employee Document Management. Listed on Workday Marketplace, these Kainos products will help customers automate and scale their Workday operations and maintenance while maximising use of the Workday platform.
Delivering against monthly/quarterly/annual team targets (opportunity and revenue targets) by producing a high-quality pipeline. Where required, maturing these prospects into sales opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing team and Regional Managers and Account Executives to assist in creating and executing demand generation for identified and prioritised strategic account lists, events and territory planning. As a Kainos ambassador you will be expected to competently articulate Kainos and its offerings at a high level to prospects.
Experience in creating and executing demand generation campaigns using technology stacks such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Lead Forensics and Marketo. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work across multiple platforms such as telephone, email and social media. Prior experience in inside sales, sales development and dealing with customers. Experience of preparing and presenting content.
