The Role Step into the role of New Business Operations able to develop an understanding of new ways of working eg.
SFTP or EDI Grow relationships with internal teams at Next and Joules (for example Finance, Ecom, Warehouse, Ops) to help establish business needs and requirements and influence progression of new business projects eg.
Label+, Direct Dispatch, 2 man delivery and Dropship.
Improve operations and processes across the department for commercial gain; being able to spot growth opportunities and present innovative solutions.
Create new processes, workflows and blueprints for new ways of working in order to repeat roll-out.
Support flow of stock in and out of the business for License partners, Brands, International partners and Franchise partners; ensuring partners are aware of warehouse compliance, labelling, packaging etc Have a complete understanding of product operations, warehouse compliance, fulfilment
