About The Role

At Domino's, paid search plays a critical role in how millions of customers discover, order and engage with our brand. As our Paid Search Specialist, you'll help shape the performance of one of our most important digital growth channels, driving more customers to order through our website and app.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll have the freedom to shape the PPC roadmap and work directly with platform partners such as Google and Microsoft to unlock new opportunities, test emerging technologies and drive meaningful business growth.

What You'll Bring

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll own the paid search roadmap for Domino's UK, ensuring our campaigns deliver strong commercial performance while continuously evolving through testing, innovation and best practice.
  • Managing and optimising paid campaigns across core and emerging biddable channels, driving growth across Web and App orders
  • Owning campaign reporting, identifying key drivers of performance and providing clear recommendations to stakeholders
  • Leading testing and experimentation initiatives, including the adoption and scaling of AI-powered formats and new platform capabilities
  • Building strong relationships with platform partners, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure Domino's remains at the forefront of search innovation
  • Collaborating closely with SEO, Media and wider Digital teams to align strategies, share insights and identify growth opportunities
  • Supporting the development of measurement and incrementality frameworks to better understand the true impact of marketing activity
  • Ensuring all campaigns operate in line with industry regulations and protect the Domino's brand
