What You Will Do Ensure the ServiceNow platform is up to date by applying patches and performing version upgrades. Write and maintain scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) for various ServiceNow components such as business rules, client scripts, and UI policies. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications, ensuring data flows seamlessly. Develop and customize the ServiceNow Portal and ServiceNow applications in line with the needs of the business. Secure applications and data against access by unauthorized users and applications, employing best practices.
