We are seeking a creative and experienced individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer. What You Will Do Ensure the ServiceNow platform is up to date by applying patches and performing version upgrades. Write and maintain scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) for various ServiceNow components such as business rules, client scripts, and UI policies. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications, ensuring data flows seamlessly. Develop and customize the ServiceNow Portal and ServiceNow applications in line with the needs of the business. Secure applications and data against access by unauthorized users and applications, employing best practices. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes. Provide guidance to users on the usage of ServiceNow in line with its design Identify and resolve performance issues and optimize ServiceNow instances. Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends to ensure efficient and effective use of the platform Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications that support Domain Separation Develop reports and dashboards to provide data insights and monitoring capabilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Developer experience Proven track record of improving processes and effectiveness through automation. Strong understanding of IT service management and the ITIL framework.
