This role is for an Oracle EPM Planning expert who takes ownership. We're looking for a Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Planning Consultant with deep functional expertise and strong hands-on technical capability - someone who has personally delivered multiple end-to-end Oracle Planning Cloud implementations and is comfortable being accountable for the outcome.
You'll be hands-on throughout the lifecycle, building high-quality, scalable planning solutions that Finance teams genuinely rely on. As a Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Planning Consultant, you'll deliver Oracle Planning Cloud (PBCS / EPBCS) solutions from initial requirements through design, build, integration, testing, and post-go-live support. You'll work directly with Finance and FP&A stakeholders, translating business needs into robust technical solutions - and then building them yourself. While you may mentor or guide others when appropriate, the expectation is clear: you can independently deliver complete Planning Cloud solutions end to end.
- Leading and delivering full lifecycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations
- Designing and building planning models, metadata, forms, dashboards, and user experiences
- Building and managing integrations using Data Management, EPM Automate, and automation tooling
- Working closely with Finance and FP&A teams to design driver-based planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Producing high-quality documentation and supporting testing and go-live activities
- Supporting quarterly Oracle updates, regression testing, and ongoing enhancements
A minimum of 3 end-to-end Oracle Planning Cloud implementations delivered.
- Strong hands-on experience across configuration, calculations, integrations, and automation
- Oracle Planning Cloud (PBCS / EPBCS)
- Data Management
- Exposure to other Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, or Tax Reporting
- Experience migrating from Hyperion Planning to Oracle EPM Cloud
This is a true delivery role for experienced Oracle EPM Planning consultants who want responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work on meaningful, complex programmes.
